Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. We are using JNE shipping company for our shipping process.
- Whichever shipment choice you make, after the receipt number being updated, we will automatically send you an email , with a link to track your package online
- Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected, we will make sure all goods will be arrive safely to your destination address, if you find problem on the delivery process, you can directly contact us
- Anomali Coffee will gives you a return form if there is any damage of the product at the first time you get it from JNE but we does not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise the day after JNE delivers the goods to the customer address
- Customers are responsible if JNE can't deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods
- We only process your order during our working days, from Monday to Friday. We ship from 7am until 5pm. We are closed during National Holidays.
